Homemade Super-Neo Woofer: THE CHEVELLE RESTORATION IS DONE, dampener recommendations??

Probably not. I'd just do black. Cleaner look

I want it to stand out though. My engine bay is a dull black, most pictures I see with a black painted block or black trim aren't great IMO. I'm going for a noticeable contrast for having the hood open and getting noticed at shows. Normally that means taking the engine, dipping it 100% in chrome, and putting it back, but I'm not trying to have to clean it every time I drive lol.

Fucking love Alan you goddamned fucking super nerd lol

When Alan uses big words I don't understand

It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out.

Everytime I see a guy driving a mini cooper I cant help but think he loves cock & (2/29/16)-My wife just bitched at me about throwing out things we don't really use. My response of well we don't really use your vagina so should we throw that out was evidently not the right response. I had to leave the room.

I missed Alan.

RIP 5/29/15 - I love you son.

Pontiac blue is its own and would NEVER be mistaken for Ford blue by either crowd. I've got a family of Pontiac nuthuggers with 6-7 GTOs, and 3-4 Firebirds. The blue never gets old to look at.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

You engine should be orange

Any other color and the value of the car goes down

I would go stock color for the block then do what you want with valve covers, air filter etc.

somewhat back on direction?

Help me pick the new colors to paint the engine!

Less is more. I'm pretty sure your block was orange stock. So either orange or black. Sometimes it can be to much

I think the bright chevy orange is overwhelming sometimes. I like a much deeper red. I can't get an exact match on the car color though, it would be way too expensive and it needs to be able to take 500*F anyway....I don't know if they make candied engine paints?

500? time to change the thermostat?

could only spare enough for a single D1200, but it should be fine for a few months.
