goodvibez
alright cant help it I'm kinda excited about this one so heres where I'm at with the 90.4 amp covers Taped it to some solid 1/4" plexi and flush trimmed it Then 45'ed it backside with tape removed then some of my special mirror...this stuff is kind of different than most but I'l show you what it does when the time comes. Funny how the people who have a louder system than you will usually give you a compliment about your setup because they know how much blood, sweat, time, and money you put into it. The people who criticize or try and one up you....have a p.o.s to no system at all and will tell you all about this "other" guys system! Saddley I'm sure if I meet this "other" guy...he will probably tell me he thinks your just as annoying as I think you are! I'm not compensating, just proud of fabricating! goodvibez
Thanks man! Well made my other one, decided not to copy and paste it this time so I came up with this! and dicided with them already taped off I would just throw some paint on it, and yes I know the front tooth looks funny it was suppesed to be two but the small piece in the middle broke up when I 45'ed it...oh well I have the template I can make another one but for now it will work! Anyone who can tell me what skull I used as a reference wins a long distance hi-five! goodvibez
jigsaw to cut mdf template then router for the plexi...I have to go in by hand and do the really small stuff because the flush trim bearing wont get into tight spots..Ive got a few 1/8" flush trim bearings coming in to help with that...still not small enough. Oh and then go over it with a 45 degree chamfer bit Funny how the people who have a louder system than you will usually give you a compliment about your setup because they know how much blood, sweat, time, and money you put into it.
