Audio Savings had me send it back to them and they shipped another out as soon as they got tracking. You shouldn't be the one going through this process. I know you trust the person who sold it to you but they should refund you your money and they should be the ones battling the shipping company. In the end they are going to say where's the proof that it wasn't already fucked before shipping.
