I have been watching this trail since day one and there has been NO evidence nor WITNESS statements that this hapened. I guess you have not seen all of the witness testimony. If the jury does not get him with murder 2 ( which they won't) then they will get him with manslaughter. And you are right, he is so far removed from being guilty of 2nd degree murder, it is not even funny, but I really do not see a manslaughter conviction, & that is IF the jury is given that option. Hunters21w Posted June 28, 2013 Report Share Posted June 28, 2013 After hearing the Good's testimony today that corroborated most of GZ's statement, the prosecution IMO is much farther from gaining any conviction. Not even manslaughter. Good's statement pretty much discredited the first 2 eyewitnesses about GZ being on top. Also he said GZ was the one most likely calling for help. Not to mention Rachaels ridiculous testimony. I wouldn't believe a word she said after all the lies she told. All he has to prove was that he was in fear of death, and/or great bodily injury. Shouldn't be too hard to prove with his injuries.
