Dude...stop for a second. This is my whole point.

Give me 100% concrete irrefutable evidence he committed murder 2 or manslaughter. You can give your opinion and your interpretation of the events but there needs to be actual evidence. You cannot nor SHOULD be convicted from the mob, that is the entire purpose of the court. I don't have an opinion either way in this case other than the evidence doesn't prove anything beyond a doubt for the prosecution.

The only thing I dont get is how people can say that trayvon was defending himself at this point, there were 4, yes 4 minutes between when he went into hiding, to him attacking zimmerman....

his gf also confirmed this in the court case

she also confirmed he stated he was going to 'go deal with this creepy ass cracker and get back to her when he was done'

that says all I needed to hear right there.. he was out of the situation and put himself back into it, now he is the aggressor instead of the defender.. he had all the chances to walk away, or call the cops..

this was in the court case.. zimmerman and his gf both said the same thing that there was 4~ minutes between when he disappeared to when he re appeared..

I stopped listening to that idiot 7 seconds in. I cannot see how this is something you find useful. Once again, it's just another nobody who wasn't there giving his ill conceived assumptions at what happened with information misconstrued from the media. You can have an opinion, but does it really need to be so baseless?

Case in point, arrested and charged, but what was the result? Charges dropped and a misdemeanor for resisting an officer WITHOUT force which was dropped.

He also had a speeding ticket that was dropped when the officer didn't show up.

Both of them had bad attitudes. Neither of them were in the right. There are no winners from this case. It's unfortunate that the media dragged this thing so far out. I watched and kept up with what I could and imho Zimmerman did what he had to do. The situation easily could've been avoided but he chose to take the "situation" into his own hands.

There are some pretty pissed off people now taking the thing WAY out of proportion. I understand being upset with the trial outcome but some people don't understand that violence isn't the answer to a problem they have no control over.

Just sayin. The world didn't blow up when OJ "killed" his wife and her lover. I didn't see people in my city rioting and blocking off freeways when Casey Anthony "killed" her baby. Some people just can't look at the big picture and instead react on instant emotion and anger.

Oakland is a different story though. The Bay Area is still salty over what happened with Oscar Grant a couple years ago. Young black male, on his stomach on the BART platform, people recording and he was shot and killed by Officer Mehserle and Mehserle did I believe 11 months for only manslaughter. He claimed he though it was his taser, petty fucking cop out, you can see he aimed and for about 1-2 secs he didn't fire, should have noticed it wasn't his taser. Why he even mixed it up is bs

The movie about it just came out in select theaters this past Friday, nationwide the 26th

You should read back a couple pages about the older guy shooting and killing an unarmed kid BEFORE any violence and was released months after. Black man white kid, guess who the NAACP backed up? Same exact scenario except the shooter wasnt attacked and he walked shortly after, I didnt see a big media blast and rioting over that one.
