What are you using to ground the terminals to metal? I ask because I had a similar problem and the ground felt tight when I tried to turn it by hand, but when I replaced the screw with a self tapping screw it fixed it for me. Try using self tapping screws for ground screws if you don't have them in already. Also if you only crimped and didn't solder your terminals on you gotta make sure they're super tight on there otherwise you'll build heat and cause voltage probs similar to this. Hope this helps!

Do not use self tappers for your ground, that's just a stupid suggestion.

Please if your using self tappers as your ground bolt don't give out advice cause your doing it wrong !!

so your running roughly 600 watts RMS, full tilt, with both amps correct?

like others, im guessing you either have a weak battery or weak alternator,

also, double check your terminals on the battery, if there is corrosion all over the terminals take them off, clean everything, posts and terminals then try it again,

i had a battery get corrosion on the terminals once, and it messed up the power output on the battery big time, all i did was clean tem and then it was fine

600 watts RMS IMO should run off completely stock wiring and have lights not dim, lol. Hell my power converter has more power than that. (different beast, I know)

If you don't have that dumb ground sensor I would add as many grounds as you can fit. Body and frame. I have never done a Big 3 without upgrading underhood battery. Doesn't need to be a big buck battery but something deep cycle/AGM would help. You don't need aftermarket alternator unless you add more RMS watts down the line. As stated above make sure grounds are done properly, wire is oversized, connections are proper and tight. then check battery/alternator.

BTW these are just my suggestions. I am not an expert.
