I got to meet Mike Singer this past weekend at the TDH show and he is one of the coolest guys I've ever met. I took my H/O alt just incase I did see him so I could put it on my car and see if he could see anything that I was missing or if he could figure it out. We did a few test with it and he said that it is most likely the rectifier in the alt or something with the pcm. Instead of me shipping it to him he just took it with him home and said he will work on it and get it working. Really down to earth guy and we ended up talking for about an hour and even gave me a T-shirt which was awesome. If I ever need an alt for a future car of mine or a friends it will be a Singer alt for sure. Once I do the install on the Fusion I will be ordering some wire from Kevin over at CNF to redo the runs going to the back of the car and also see about redoing some grounds if I need to. Another thing I will be getting is a Crescendo 800.4 for the PWX's. After that I plan on wrapping the front pods to match the interior. The saturn will be done hopefully by the end of the summer. jealous.... I want to meet Mike and chit chat with him pretty bad. I swear I learned about 12 new things about electrical with my car and alts just by talking with for 30 mins. He knows so much but the way he explains everything makes it super easy for people to understand and grasp. Now its time to spend all of that money and some on a few things for the Saturn. Im getting 50' of SHCA OFC 1/0 as well as 30' of SHCA OFC 4g from CNF. I will also be ordering some lugs/heatshrink from Droppinhz and a Crescendo S800.4 from them as well. I was able to get everything done and I and waiting on the battery terminals I ordered from Kevin over at CNF to come in. I ran two runs of 1/0 to the back from my front battery through the inside of the car that will serve as the grounds for my sub and mid/high amp. On with the pictures. Tomorrow I should have the new battery terminals, the Singer alt, and some leds coming in and then on Tuesday the BC2k should be here. I have a little something different planned for the S800.4 with the LEDs and of course I am wrapping the front plate of the BC2k in green to match. I also have a XS Power D925 that I am putting in the back just as something to attach the distribution block to for the negative and positive runs. Here is something I got done last night for the S800.4.
