Build looks decent for budget. Nice equipment.

Question: I don't remember you saying, but what made you go to SQ instead of Nendo? Just wondering

Suggestions: what would really make your engine bay pop would be green techflex on those cables. Since you have the green cover, and green lights, seems to be the theme. It would add a seriously different look for not much money. I know the SHCA cable is sick, but you can still show off the name if you want with some heatshrink from them.

Other thing, you're getting an xs power battery for the rear. Are you planning one for the front? Didn't see that either. I'd highly recommend it if you hadn't thought about it.

Otherwise, you're looking good. Let's see some more.

I went with the SQ mainly because of price. Both amps were pretty equal so I figured I could spend the little extra somewhere else.

I didn't even think about green tech flex. I'm gonna look some up right now haha. Thanks man!

Battery wise, I was either planning in going with an XS in the front or possibly getting a yellow top battery.

Hey I noticed that you had a saturn as well most of the body wouldn't happen to be plastic or whatever it is they make it out of is it?

Yeah. The front and rear bumper are plastic. That's why it was so easy to cut out the saturn in the back and put lights behind it

If you're going xs in back, I'd go xs up front. Course I'm a little biased cause I love xs, but I'm also ocd so I rather match everything. But I think you're gonna have better luck with the xs batter up front and in back. But I don't wanna start a debate in here either. I think the batteries should match, but that's my personal opinion.

Good point. Any recommendations on which batteries to get? I'm also sending in to see about getting an upgrades alternator from Singer.

I'm taking a break from working in my car today to build a box for a friend that I'm doing an install on his car. Tons of pics will be coming. I talked him into getting two SA-12's and a SQ1.2k. Should sound nice

Went to Home Depot to pick up the wood and had them make a few cut but nothing exact (because they always screw it up). The only problem is the wood wouldnt fit in my car all the way, I guess one of the drawbacks of only having a car. So this is how i had to drive home.

I just used some speaker wire i had in my car and held the door closed on the way home.

I finally had a table saw at my house which made cutting the big pieces a whole lot easier.

He wanted carpet on his box to match the trunk of his car which is black so I decided to paint the port white.
