finkster
hamburgers are kinda hard to fuck up. chop up an onion and mix it in with the burger meat before cooking it. Dont smash the patties, hand form them. If you like pickles, place them on the burger when they are ready to pull off the grill, then add the cheese on top of it....shut the grill for a minute. The cheese will "shrink wrap" around the pickles so they don't fall off the burger when you're eating.\ Here's an awesome and easy recipe for redskin potatoes. Cut them up into a tad larger than bite size pieces and put them in a large bowl. Generously add olive oil, minced fresh garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on a cooking sheet and bake in the oven for 40 minutes 400 degrees. Then mix them around and cook for another 10 or so minutes...Fucking awesome. 79 cutty
I cook alot. But very rarely follow a recipe to be honest. That all recipe site is dangerous though I have the app This pretty much sums it up. I have tons of "recipes" from back when I was catering....but they were basically just shopping lists of raw ingredients and the pounds you would need of each ingredient...so it doesn't do a lot of good for day-to-day cooking. Just a lot of trial and error and season lightly at first......can always add more, but you can't remove it once it is in there. That is why I HATE baking....I HATE following "recipes" and would rather just add some of this and some of that. Some of the best meals I have had are when you look in the kitchen and there is nothing to work with really and you are able to "MacGyver" something from nothing. TeamHT
I cook alot. But very rarely follow a recipe to be honest. That all recipe site is dangerous though I have the app I don't use measuring cups either. I can follow a recipe but I go off of sight and smell for measurements. To be honest, any way third could be a section? I have some pretty bad ass meals. I can cook and provide recipe and pics and it would be awesome if each thread was recipe. CommonSyns
One thing I've learned is to watch videos of random people cooking random things, I've come to find that ramen noodles is very versatile in cooking. You can pretty much do anything with ramen, I tried something called crispy ramen noodles, It is very good. Its basically ramen done the normal way boiled first, then you heat up a pan with butter and then fry the noodles to what consistency you want. For me I like very crispy ramen, So I just fry it until its to my liking.
