Well,..

Gonna take some imagination on your part. When i get home, ill fill this in with MORE pics.

So, i have my 6 posistion (1/0) buss bar on my front 3400.

Then im shooting for 2 fuse blocks right near that buss bar.

So, i thought, "hmm, why not solid metal?:

This is chucked up, on my lathe, and after removing .01 material. Snug as a bug

This is a block of one of my SKY HIGH CAR AUDIO fuse blocks.

So, FROM my Pdb buss bar, Ill insert this solid "bridge" then into my SHCA fuse block.

When i get home, ill post what it could look like.

Also, if this works 1/10th the way i see it NOW. Im putting in a order of solid copper.

Thoughts? suggestions? piss bitch and moans? Am i full retard?

Not much imagination needed. It's done quite often.

Solid round copper is used as Speaker wire to woofers sometimes, solid copper square and round has been used for buss bars and junctions for many years.

If you can bend it cleanly it makes for a nice looking install.

1 drawback is that it's not protected so be sure not to short anything out.

Robola46 used solid copper lines to his subs in his E46 Bimmer and it looked SIKKK.

Just try and match the diameter of the rod to the terminal as close as possible so you have as much contact area as you can.

^^ Like Ed said, some clear heatshrink around the solid rod would be good protection.

Ok.. correct. And, i was trying to put in, "the missing links" to those that i guess i thought wouldnt understand.

Also, what i had in mind, was to HEAT SHRINK the exposed area, and make it look all bad ass.......
