So on ebay the RE Audio. ZTX 5000.1 is 300 bucks.

  • RMS Power (4&@14.4V): 1000 W x 1
  • RMS Power (2&@14.4V): 1700 W x 1
  • RMS Power (1&@14.4V): 2500 W x 1

250 a fuse external

any body got any experience with this amp?

good? bad? any dyno scores?

98 honda civic hx build in process

have need

sundown x-12 d4 more sound deadening

sundown saz1500d v2 alternator (mechman)

sky high 1/0 w/ big 3 false walls and fiberglassing

amp rack (half done) and box processor

kicker zx 200.4 (mids/highs)

infinity reference components

trunk lid rear deck and rear quarter panels deadened

kinetic hc1400 under the hood (picking up 2 more late Jan early feb)

just found on sonicelectronix someone posted a review saying they clamped it on 14.4 and it did 2630 but I cant find any actual results with proof

Just bought one to run single HCCA 10. Great power very clean sounding and also great price. Have not been disappointed with any of the equipment. Big fuse though. Very nice looking inside also. Looks like a Sundown inside.

I heard good things about them they due rated, I was going to get DTS-1500.1 but then I saw the rf t1000bd at a pawn shop.

My old job we sold one rand it at 2 ohms. all gains were set by us and tamper sealed. Had a 200 amp Powermaster Alt and a d3100. The amplifier game back in smoke 30 minutes later. Replaced with a second. Same issue. Replaced with witha crossfire 1700 D. Never had an issue again. Im not sure if we had bad batch or what however we never ended up using that model again.

i own the xtx... they do sound good but i doubt they do close to rated. they are not as loud as other 2500 watt amps i seen around.. oh and they like to protect at .7 ohms

It is a ZTX not XTX.
