PatrickJamesWilliam Posted December 3, 2013 Report Posted December 3, 2013 Mr. Steve Meade or anyone with a gnarly powerful system it would be interesting 2 see if your vehicles had enough power to vibrate the air out of wet concrete? Just pull up 2 a wet pad and crank it. It would be funny 2 c if u slump the concrete. Ive been placing and finishing concrete for about 15 years now and ive always wanted 2 c if possible, it would make 4 interesting viewing

bcbrassard Posted December 3, 2013 Report Posted December 3, 2013 when you pour concrete you need to vibrate the mix to get the air out from the pouring process. He basicly saying is it possible for bass to make the air rise out of it. Answer is yes. I do road construction and when big pours happen we are not allow to vibrate because we will disrupe the set up and cure.
Skullz Posted December 3, 2013 Report Posted December 3, 2013 "Slump" refers to the viscosity of concrete, so what he is saying is it would be cool to see if a system could cause the wet concrete to slump after being pulled from a slump cone. EDIT: Used to drive a ready mix truck for 10 years delivering concrete. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
