Look for Static springs... They go from mild to wild drop and generally after settling will drop up to .75" more

Look for cheap coil springs, and adjusters? That's what i did for a while on one of my vehicles.

Worked great for lowering, and when i added a wall, amps, batteries, i raised them all the way up, and looked just fine. No sagging, bottoming out, nothing.

If i read wrong, and you're doing the front too, Don't forget about alignment / camber, or you'll be eating tires...

Some vehicles don't need adjustment but better safe them sorry. If you don't get the alignment checked you won't notice uneven tire wear for a month or more. once you can visually see a difference it would already take life out of the tires.

I put 2" spindles and 2" springs in the front of mine. 3" blocks and a bunch of stereo equipment in the rear. I have air shocks in the rear to keep it a little stiffer with all of the weight. 20x9 IROC wheels.

Several systems, several vehicles. Always changing!

spring-lowering-clamps.jpg

lower away'

and you can remove them if you dont like it. So no permanent damage like cutting or heating,

edit:

goes like this.

suspension-clamps.jpg

also, no guarantee on "quality". This is not the right way to do it, but of course cutting and heating arent either.

Yea, used these before to raise a car. Not very safe lol

they would be safer lowering it cause they cant fly off. But hey, you said "easiest" not safest, not best, not smartest. lol

you got me there ha.

these are a terrible idea
