A little more space than we need right now but there's room to grow. Its 2100 square feet and the basement isn't finished. If i decide to finish most of it i could add about 7-800 more sq ft. We have 1.2 acres of land. Paid 315 for it. Length wise my truck fits by about 5-6 inches but it does fit both our vehicles pretty comfortably. Plenty of room if just one car is in the garage at a time to work on it or on something else. I may insulate it better and put some heat in there for the winters. Tacoma, not sure how expensive your part of Cali is but this area is pretty damn expensive too. We got a real good deal on this house. It could have easily been listed for 25-30k more. But the seller was looking to sell so they were willing to list fair and negotiate. The town we bought in is somewhat more reasonably priced. some of the neighboring towns/ cities are much more expensive. If you picked up my house and dropped it in a couple of the neighboring towns it would go for 100k more.
