Joshua Dumas Posted April 8, 2014 Report Share Posted April 8, 2014 i may be wrong but if that usps has to scan that box then they know exactly who touched it and when. at the fedex i work at the packages go through multiple different scans by multiple different people. that scan can be traced to whoever did it. That was my thoughts. Theft is different from damage. Jeff called and got a run around from an indian lady. I'm going to go into my local one tomorrow and see what they can do.
