My husband has drilled spl in my head for years but I am a true music lover. I want to hear my music the way the artists intended for it to be heard. I got to demo Steve McIntyre's magnum and since then I've been doing nothing but researching sq. I really appreciate your help

I was going to go with the idq12 but then I ran across a bunch of stuff about arc audio arc12. I don't know much about them except they like a smaller box than the idq12 (1 cu ft) I think that will give me some cleaner sound given the space I have to work with. I just don't know if anyone has ran them and if they are as good as I think they could be

When the q came out it was nut hugged so hard by people saying they sound awesome and recommended in every thread like this

You will for sure and thank you. I'm going to but the 80prs in a couple of weeks. My build is of course going to be a process I just want to be sure I'm making good choices. I'm just stuck on sub choice now

I think the q would be a great driver for sq. Only thing is its a 1k driver. If you guve it the 1k its going to have a little more ass than a typical full blown sq install.
