WalledSonic
Hey man, I'm hoping it works out for you. I've never built a 4th but isnt 48hz kinda high tuning? I recommend using metal 'L' brackets until you get mocked up and seal it with tape like Shadetree said. Then you can remove all that stuff and glue/screw later without the brackets and tape. BP1Fanatic
Most BP4's are tuned around 60-70hz. What you need to do is find the resonate frequency of your vehicle. Use Hornresp to find the ultimate enclosure for your speakers and dimensions you have to work with. A properly designed BP4 will get louder and sound better than a properly designed BR. A front loaded horn is a BP4 with a positive flared port. 2000 Toyota Solara SEV6, 200 amp alternator, Jensen VX7020, Hifonics American Warrior Taurus X, Hifonics American Warrior Centurion X, JBL Club 6500C, Power Acoustik XP2K-4102, Coustic Power Logic HT-612 in a BP4.
