Honesty unsure of what to do now dropped $500 on wood and already have it cut have to make this work one way or another

I have seen people do a mock up without glue and just tape the joints for testing purposes.

But my question is how is tape going to hold all those subs regardless I need to make a port

Hey man, I'm hoping it works out for you.  I've never built a 4th but isnt 48hz kinda high tuning?

I recommend using metal 'L' brackets until you get mocked up and seal it with tape like Shadetree said.  Then you can remove all that stuff and glue/screw later without the brackets and tape.

Talking to a couple designers to see what I can do to make the best of what I have anyone have any ideas please chime in

Most BP4's are tuned around 60-70hz. What you need to do is find the resonate frequency of your vehicle. Use Hornresp to find the ultimate enclosure for your speakers and dimensions you have to work with. A properly designed BP4 will get louder and sound better than a properly designed BR. A front loaded horn is a BP4 with a positive flared port.

Blaine Perkins djsnt is designing me a ported box should play more like my current box from  Triticum Agricolam but a whole lot louder,

should of went with him to begin with like gary killian suggested oh well live and learn.
