Amp Test Tuesday - MTX 1501D (Plus AMP GUTS) (GUESS the Wattage! WIN STUFF!) RESULTS PAGE 7! *video

I couldn't even find this model.

Also I noticed in the pictures the EQ was at -12 dB. Would like to know if that was consistent with the testing.

Edit: I see your sonic post now.

all i know is i turned that setting down all the way. I used the AD-1 to set the gains as it has a built in DD-1 PLUS inside of it. So regardless of "eq boost" the gains are still set for the amp to put out full power when the deck puts out it's maximum clean signal.

Is this amp even i ohm stable? Im only finding 2 and 4 ohm ratings.

Just want to be sure 1 ohm tests will work before I guess.

How is a Amp supposed to be i ohm stable?

Well knowing he cannot push the required 140A that this beast needs, il say 1950W @ 1 ohm!

Pretty sure it's an MTX Thunder Elite TE1501D if you are looking for the model number for stats rated at 1500 @ 1 ohm...
