IH8PunkRok
I want the tire to be square. Not stretched, not bulgey. Square. From all the pictures ive seen it seems to be pretty tire dependent but I'd like to get some opinions of anyone who may have seen this or that blah blah you know the drill this is the kind of look I want -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build
OrionStang
Its kinda tire dependent. Also depends on the sidewall profile height. Lot of factors if you are going for a "look". After some quick math, a 255 tread is just a tad over 10". I'd start with 265 and different side wall heights. meade916
285 bruh. I run 285/25/20 on the rear of my ISF and i like them a lot. I might not like a 285/45/20 as much....that's basically what Orion is saying. All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! IH8PunkRok
I would have either a 265/30r22 or a 275/30r22 This will be on all corners too so I don't want to go too fat and rub constantly -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build
IH8PunkRok
I've been researching pictures of tires on 10" rims and I think a 285 looks real nice I really worry though about rubbing it will be only 3 mm taller than stock but a full 2.5" wider and I will be dropping the car 2-3" I guess I should just bite the bullet and work from there -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build
OrionStang
You don't have a local tire shop? Im sure if you tell them all those numbers^, they can tell you if it will rub or not simply by looking at where the car sits now. Will you be changing wheels, too? I ask because new wheels may have a different offset. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
mothra
On my focus I was told my 19s would rub no matter what drop I have. I dropped 2" and no rub. As for sidewall look, it's all in the series, lower series should have a slightly wider tire. Based on the pic that's most likely an 18" rim on a 35 or 40 series tire. Your rim height and width is not what actuall measures on the outside so take that into account too as to how the tire sits on the rim. if nothing changes, nothing changes You don't know what you don't know, till you don't know

CleanSierra
I am running 265/40/18 on 18x9 +20 Rear on a 350z. A 275 will easily fit a 10" wheel. No buldge on rear Pictures don't do this car justice. The wheels are perfect offset and backspaced. The tires are perfectly level with the wheel lip on the rear and I love the look. OP, go to a big chain and they can tell you what you'd need for offset, backspace and tire size to get what you want. I'd not, a higher end wheel shop would be able to do it as well Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
