This will be my daily (Unless it gets to be too much as far as gas, braking, overall visibility etc...) so I really want the box to be extremely well secured. TaylorFade Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 I'm no wall expert, but... Most people just build a big ass box with trim panels. And that's fine. It's a wall. What I did was basically line the floor, roof, side and back walls with wood and then tied everything together with corner pieces and glass. Essentially just making the truck itself a 5 sided bombproof wooden shell. This way is more permanent. Lots of adhesive and bolts. Doing the roof.

It's a wall. meh... thats a box in your back seat with trim panels. Nothing structurally strong like a wall imo. But ive been always told I dont know how to build boxes let alone a wall. So heres what Im working with. Over 20 sheets of mdf. 4 layers thick all the way around, multiple layers 6.75inches thick on the back. Ehh its a start I guess.
