Keith77 Posted February 14, 2015 Report Posted February 14, 2015 Hyundi Financial will not release the title until its paid off. Once its paid off you are off the hook.. Most likely what ever new loan she has come up with hast to pay off the existing loan to get be able to release the title. Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born. My penis is bigger than your penis I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.

OrionStang Posted February 14, 2015 Author Report Posted February 14, 2015 Alright well, if she comes here tonight hopefully she can stop being an ignorant bitch and act civil for long enough to let me know exactly whats going on. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
LoudBimmer Posted February 14, 2015 Report Posted February 14, 2015 since the car is financed, Hyundai name is on the title. Better question is who's going to be responsible for the balance left over on the loan.
ROLEXrifleman Posted February 14, 2015 Report Posted February 14, 2015 ^^^^ Ultimately this is the absolute truth! Until the loan is paid off the car is owned by whomever issued the loan. And they would need to be contacted 1st for release of title and lien. If she is sneaky enough she could have whoever she is dealing with pay off the loan, the loan company could care less who pays it off as long as their money is good, and get control of teh title BUT that title can not be altered until all parties documented on it have signed off. Cars can be a legal nightmare. Rolex you sicken me. Just let me finish my pie ~ Juice

OrionStang Posted February 14, 2015 Author Report Posted February 14, 2015 Well she won't reply to my calls or texts about it, and she should have been home from work over an hour ago. I could go talk to the dealer, but I don't know what dealership she went to. She likely went to the same one we got the Veloster from, but I'd hate to make a fool of myself by going in and asking questions if she didn't got there. I did find that she switched the insurance from the Veloster to the Accent already, goes into effect on the 25th when the policy renews. She's been planning this shit. The premium for the new car is $40 more a month LOL. I really want to see the sale price and payment on the new car. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang Posted February 14, 2015 Author Report Posted February 14, 2015 This is good, she says they gave her 17k for the Veloster, the total price of the new car is 26k (she got took there). Still owe 20k on the original Veloster loan. I don't have all the details, but she got fucked. On the sale price, the trade in, and the higher insurance. If she was more civilized, she could have asked for my help, and she'd have a lower price, lower payment, and more options. Bottom line though, the Veloster is out of my name. Just gotta wait and see how this impacts my credit score. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
