MrGrey13
The solution was actually pretty easy to get this 5.2 cuft box in the trunk... This isnt my first rodeo! you ALWAYS measure the smallest dimensions for a box. and that happened to be the opening behind the back seat. Takes about 5 minutes of back and forth but it goes in and rotates forward! I dont have a circle jig big enough to cut the subwoofer hole so i made my own out of extra plexi! Another dry fit. Sanding down the port Freehand some internal bracing. 1/2" round over on the port, hand filed the screws because that would kill my bit! MrGrey13
Time for glue! Now pay attention here... I screwed the port into the first baffle so you wont see the screws from the front. No screws on the front baffle, i used 1" screws from the back to help attach the second baffle as well. Durango build log
