To wall or not to wall

Ok so to start off my truck is a quad cab dodge ram i ditched the rear seats. i had 2 crappy 12s from some brand i never heard of and 2 15inch rockford p3's all hooked up to a 2000rms hifonics amp at 1ohm. I wanted deeper bass so i ditched the 12s and ran the 15s at .5 0hm which ended up blowing 1 of my 15s now im running 1 15 in a custom horn type enclosure (like you see at rock concerts) just to experiment. Its only a matter of time before that one blows aswell considering im pushing nearly 4x rated rms into it.so to get the bass that im craving ive determined that i should just build a wall and shove as many subs into it as possible but at the same time i dont want to spend more then 1k on this.

An important note here i dont compete in spl competitions nor do i compare how loud my system is to anyone elses. This is for my own enjoyment with music not one note burps.

Now this is what i was thinking of getting which is in the budget but im basically just looking for reassurance that this will do what im looking for (entire car flex and insane chest pounding and really loud 150-160db musical)

And another 2k rms amp from hifonics cant find the exact one i own anymore but they have similar ones

Wired at .5 0hms should give about 500+watts at full tilt to each speaker with 4 speakers per amp.

And yes i already have a mechman 250amp alt and 2 runs of 0 gauge. No battery bank though i dont play music with the truck off.

Am i on the right track here for a budget wall? Or am i just going to end up disappointed and try overpowering them and blowing these up aswell?

I have not built a wall before but I know there are several skilled individuals on SMD that would be able to point you in the right direction... DITCH the 2 boxes bolted together and build the wall the right way it will sound much better and be more reliable... Also battery banks are NOT just for playing with the vehicle off they're for providing extra power on demand when it's needed so that's another good investment... My advice is to spend a little time searching SMD and I bet you'll find the help/info you desire

Good luck man. I dont see you doing 150-160 musical with that equipment but Im sure it will be loud. I would suggest doing a TON of research before you commit to your subs and amp(s) and wall design.

:/ well damn i was really trying to avoid the battery bank as if it was a plague or something lol. I know ive heard alot of people say its to prevent vdrop ect its just i have no idea where i would put it.im working with a pretty limited space . i wont put anything in the bed of the truck. Everything has to fit in the cab. And be removable ( if i ever decide to sell the truck its a 2011 in absolute mint show room quality condition) so having a true wall fiberglassed and sealed off is out of the question. So with all of that in mind what would you suggest as the best route for me? I already tried the simple route of just throwing money at it and hoping it works which didnt just lead to me overpowering my subs and cooking them

If you honestly want to do a 150-160 musically get ready to spend some money, I had around $10k is my set up that did a 158. Not gonna get there with cheap subs and hifonics amps.

2 really nice 15s in a proper box will rattle that truck apart. My shitty 2 12s bounce shit around on 1k. Just grab some zv4s or some hccas or something similar, run another hifi, one to each and tune low. Say like 8 cubes at 30hz

There is no such thing as a budget wall. There is this which I wasn't even sure if I should respond to or not. And then there is doing a wall. This isn't even a wall. Hell im not even sure what is going on.
