Another XS 4K.

Thinking of buying a second crossfire 4K to strap with the one I have now. What electrical would you recommend I add?

Currently have:

Singer 240A

D2700 (Starter)

(2) D3100.

if you have the cash start with the alt. see if you can get a 320 or something even bigger.. if not i would add 2 or 3 more d3100's

you should be fine. One thing you will want to make sure is what the idle output is going to be of the alt. I dont always rev my car when playing because my alt has great idle. But if you rev when demoing then get the biggest alt you can find. With a 370 and d 3100s you should be ok.. you could always add a batt after you see how stable the voltage is

^^^^ werd. Those 370 hair pins are beast, (love the 2 in kennys rig, but we paired it with 2 270s for idle love) but I would really watch your butthole with just 2 3100s at idle.

Nah if I got a 370, I'd def only play while slightly reving, but couldn't I also get one of them regulator thingy majigys (blanking out on name)

A 370 will do just fine at idle but the 270s are monsters. I'd want a couple more batts for the reserve....the alt is there to supply your battery bank.....you can't rely on the alt to do all the work unless you want to stress the hell out of it.
