Love me some layer fabrication, you can definitely do a lot of cool things, plan to use a similar style for the subwoofer box in the jeep build. Looking good Steve

this idea has been brewing for a while. The better i get at my CNC the more natural it feels to make something like this. Even though it's kinda a waste of material, it's still fun to see the type of "one piece" - (really 30 piece) designs that can be made this way :D

Cool idea with the integrated port. Would look sick done out of birch and stained, with a plexiglass baffle to mount the subs.

nah. I'm not into that stained look.

It will look sick however i do it. I hope so anyway. It's another box that is "just for fun" because i have the subs laying around, so not really gonna get too serious about it.

No offense intended man, I was just thinking how bitching something like this would look on that box design with a thick plexi baffle.

All of the layers exposed would make it look like a million layers 1/8 inch thick. I want to see you make a box this way out of Plexiglas. lol Great work as always. That box is looking super strong.
