WalledSonic
I decided to go ahead and install the main portion of the wood ceiling today. This is showing the 3 pieces for the ceiling with a cross beam that I will use to hold the boards up and to apply pressure. Im gonna use some small pieces to shim it appropriately. I have these tabs in two of the corners that come in handy I went ahead and sanded off the sharp corners that touch the roof. I dont want the corners of the wood to indent the metal roof: Let the PL and Great Stuff flow. Then I wedged a bunch of wood between the seats and ceiling to support it overnight tonight. Wedge wedge wedge Cant wait to see how it fares in the morning. I left some gaps in the center so everything can expand. I'll fill the rest of the cracks tomorrow after everything has had a full day of sun to settle in. WalledSonic
Got the ceiling up but need to cut some foam out One little problem... The roof caved caved in once the sun came out the next day. The roof is supposed to be domed with two sharp creases on each side. Its kinda hard to see, but all the waviness in the panel is 5 separate concave areas that arent a stock option. lol All the glue/foam has already hardened, so the roof is solid, but the cave-ins arent going to come out. Solution? I'll just rhino-liner the roof panel. Once the high-gloss is gone, you wont notice the wavy areas. Lesson learned? Shit happens. ShadeTreeMechanic
I have heard of people drilling a few holes in the wood under the dents and then using a stiff wire to break the foam. Then squirt more foam and it pushes the dents out. I will see if I can find the thread. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

I left the Dynomat on the ceiling for 'padding' to prevent minor dents in the metal as I installed the wood and foam. I may try what you said on one spot to see how well I can execute the task. Thanks for the input man.
