Forevrbumpn
Iam all for soldering, but get real, doing soldering on alrarms, damn t-taps are a horrible connectors, and they do fail, but they usually fail due to improper installation- Alarms THEY ARE A MUST now let me go back to page 14 and 15 and read up what you guys are talkin bout heh I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. sean 371
anyone can install an alarm and have it work. the hard part is making it look like it was there from the factory so that would be thieves cant quickly disable the alarm. Looking under the dash and finding a bunch of t-taps would be a car thiefs dream. Shyne151
then you can also take a zip tie before you put the tape on, and put one on that way it WONT come apart haha little trick i learned from my local shop I put the ziptie on the outside, but that works too. -Installer for Duke's Car Stereo 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix - Ported Eaton M90 S/C, 3.5" pulley, XS Power Headers, 1.9 Rockers, FWI, Poly Motor Mounts, Custom Tune.
