congrats man! its gotta feel good to be doin what you love, regardless of money. i have seen some of ryan's work before too, and it is sick. good luck to you guys...and just remember that 20% of new businesses only make it like 5+years, so be smart early on and do some serious money making. after that u can probably give all the "homie" discounts you want too....good luck man!

Thanks everyone, What you all have to remember is we bought a very successful shop that has been open for 6 years now. I've been managing it for those 6 and Ray has been the installation manager for roughly 4 of those. We plan on taking the current store to the next level. By that I mean, customer service, installs, and overall store environment for the customer. About the friends and business. I would normally agree. But this case is in fact different. We've been working together for so long without and "issues". We also covered both of us legally is all directions, just in case there was an issue we couldn't agree on. Both Ray and I know this is our future, our career, our dream... We're both very passionate about making this business relationship work, and grow. Even though he's and Asshole sometimes. There isn't another person I'd like to be doing this with.
