sundownz Posted October 21, 2009 Report Posted October 21, 2009 This is the second one I've made. They are a pain in the butt to do... so I never offered them openly. Everything is so tight even the tied down leads smack the cone -- so I will likely go in and glue on some felt pads behind the cone. In any event... here she is : * Yes, the dust cap JUST fits inside the surround... actually have to pry it out with a screw driver even without glue. * Terminals come out to the side so I can solder the leads after assembly. * Big motor on small frame ! sundownz Posted October 21, 2009 Author Report Posted October 21, 2009 Jacob, have you ran T/S specs? If so, whats the fs? I lost them on the first 10" I built... waiting until tomorrow for the dust cap glue to dry and I'll break it in a bit and measure. I'd guess fairly high... same suspension as 10s, 12s, and 15s.
