Here thats about a 325k house. possibly higher . 145k seller pays all closing cost, first years taxes and insurance and a 1 year home warranty. sold for 245 new its a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1800sqft, corner lot, and it has a bonus room above the garage. built in 06 you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be. It's crazy how different areas of the country can be sooooo different for housing prices. I have a small house, 3 BR 1 Bath 1000 SQ FT no basement. Paid 87k for it a little over 2 years ago. My buddy (who is in the Air Force and has lived in California for the last 5 years or so) came over and couldn't believe it was that cheap. He said over there it would have been like $200-250k. To be honest, I'd be pissed if I had to pay that much for this house.
