Robert8252 Posted April 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2012 I fucked up on it. The entire baffle and all of the port was one very long 60 inch piece. Had two kerfs. One you see in the pic and the back corner. I did the math on how long was in between the bends 100 times. Doesn't matter when you do math off of the wrong measurements and end up 3 too long. Had to cut it and make it two pieces. Love the table saw. It's so strange when every corner actually fits correctly. Kind of makes you mad.
