is the second pod design tinted? i have a great place right next to my dome light for one of these and would realy like it tinted so that its not to bright. i could always tint it myself to though... Sweet. Since my enthusiasm was vanquished, we better make sure that August means August 2012 before we get all moist about the release date. sorry, we are trying our hardest to get this done! again, we didn't want to release this without a pod. The design of that took longer then the design of the product itself LOL! We are glad you are excited though, we are too! yes! no! lol - i am looking at $69 price point, if i am lucky enough to make it available that cheap. I think i can! The problem is though, bringing all this stuff to market is EXPENSIVE. It does not just fall out of the sky. maybe a $65 group buy for all of you smd forum fans?? would be a quick way to sell a good amount which would only open the door for others to buy when they see such a great product in their buddy's car.

I love those people. I just let them sit in my truck and try to find the door handle to get out.

you guys know why i wanted to build one of these? for the SPECIFIC reason that i got tired of my god damn Stinger VM's breaking all the time, for NO reason. I have had them near extreme SPL and vibration and i have had them hooked up with no vibration or sound near by......only to have them die for no reason. Then one day, it might come back on....then die again. That pissed me off so bad, i wanted a new VM with HIGH QUALITY parts that will never break down on you. The price will NOT be in the hundreds but it might be a little above $60.00 at this rate. ONLY because, as stated, we are not making a million Chinese knock offs, i will have to start with less then 500........and that is EXPENSIVE. 500 of something is still a one-off. One-off equals expensive. If i get 100,000 orders, i can greatly reduce the price. And you guys know i always have coupon codes for members. So hang tight and let us finish this project!
