Best idea I have seem stacking wood. I hate watching people stack weak ass 2x4s. This was is strong, and a good way to get rid of scrap wood in the process

Fuck so much work

Imageshack is slow, and if your internet is slow, its going to take a bit. I got sick of paying for Photobucket premium when it cant support a cell phone cameras native resolution and your album takes forever to load. The only downfall about Imageshack is it takes a minute to load pictures when you got 159ish photos in one build log at 3+ MB in size each.

Damn. That is a solid box.

Front battery Toolmaker terminals from CJ18 A whole lot of 2.5 by .75 inch mdf strips to add more strength to the rear wall. Once these are in place brings the rear wall up to 4inches thick. Still need to put another 3/4 inch sheet over these yet, and at least 2 more layers in the back which should make it 6.25 inches thick, may go for 7inches, gotta be sure to leave room for batteries however.

Not much of an update, but an update non the less. Well, I ran out of my first 10 sheets of MDF, so I picked up 9 more sheets, lets see how long this lasts... Also grabbed another 2 gallons of TiteBond 3 wood glue since the first 2 seem to be almost gone... Started to put the second layer on the upper and lower sides which are the only parts still left single layer. These panels go around the wheel wells. of coarse once you have one that fits good, the quickest and easiest way to make a 2nd panel is with some double sided tape, a router, and a trace/flush trim bit. and then there was 2. Next I had to put the 10.5degree angle on the tops of the panels. The end of my air hose started to leak, so I put a new end and clamp on it, decided to use up some spare shca heat shrink. and the upper side panels Putting on some glue, this is where most call it good enough, and rely on the pressure between the pieces of wood to evenly smooth the glue. Not me. Got to smooth that stuff out semi evenly! The other side upper panel. Now to finally start the 3rd layer all the way around. yay..............
