I couldn't resist. I went ahead and ordered the JBL amp and the Audiocontrol line output converter. Knowing this amp with do at least 1000 watts, if not closer to 1200 watts for $140 makes me a very happy man. Thank you Sonic Electronix!

Well look's like it's time to Try out 14 of these Sundown X6.5's! Will be putting this in tomorrow! Didn't get to do all the Kerf's in it but this should bang in the Wagon!!! Decided to change direction this go around!

Ok we got most of the electrical ran but decided to wait until the CNC arrived to finish up. Since we didn't know what exactly we were going to be looking at anyway. today, this showed up... They said "oh ya, most forklifts should be able to handle it". Well ya, this lift can handle the WEIGHT....but it had "short-fork syndrome" This crate was 3,000lbs, 11 or 12 feet long, almost 8 feet wide, 5 feet tall in one spot, 3 feet tall in another...shaped like an L. No way the forklift i had would do it. Forks couldn't make it to the middle part of the pallet... So i went next door to Atlas Shower Door and asked if they had a bigger fork lift. They were glad to help, but their lift was just about the same size as the one i had. We almost gave up. I almost had to call a rental place and fast....but we decided to go tandem on it and see if we can at least get the driver out of there. We lifted it up....he pulled out from under and we slowly lowered it. Once it was low enough we rolled it as close to the doors as possible and then set it down on 4 of my car dollies. One on each corner. PERFECTO! DONE! This is the biggest crate i ever received in person...it took us about 30 minutes to tear it apart. That was with 2 people. VERY well built

I don't care how it performs. this is cool no matter what This port Concept might not go through! The guy that builds my box's has done some research & with a doubled kerfed port like this the width of the box & the required port area I need for the tuning I want will make the port too narrow and cause a LOT of port noise from what I'm being told! With the port being 33" wide it would only be a 2" slot port basicly and cause drag on the air flow & try to act like a sealed box. Soooo we are kicking the idea of one large Octagon Port & 7" Diameter with a 10" Flare. Still kicking the idea around! But it would look something like this!
