everyone say hi to James Curry. I got to my shop at 5am on a sunday to get some work done...i look up at about 6:30 and i see my van door wide open. Dude was straight up IN MY VAN ransacking it...I don't have video of him doing it but i have the aftermath when i ran out there...here he is, this is the face of a thief.

Ya I was a bit hasty on my response lol, I’d def take my gun with me and only pull it if I thought my Life was in danger. I just can’t stand theifs, ther scum of the earth.

That's how you end up in prison. Unless there is a threat of imminent harm then you have no legal right to shoot anyone. If He's buried in your car and you shoot him you're going to prison for murder, no if's and's or buts

being robbed and having your old ass 98 astrovan rifled through is not the same thing. No need to act a hero. If i was in danger that is one thing but i wasn't. I live in a town with lots of murders and lots of guns also. I wasn't very smart to go running out there but then again, i am not so scared i need to shoot at someone over a pack of gum and an owners manual to an old van.

I would have laid a beat down on him at the very least. Bet money he hit other people in the are too, or that he'll be back. Thieves dont stop stealing just because they got caught once. Should have called the cops on him, bet hes wanted for other stuff already.

Good on ya. At least you recognize that. I was getting a group of peeps together, to get our CCL,. More i got the cheaper. Anyway, i asked one friend , he said "sure!!". Got the full count needed, and scheduled the dude to come to my pad in 2 weeks time. During that, i was with the same dude, in a car. Jesus Christ, he would go OFF while driving about the other drivers. On and on. None fucking stop. I said "dude, .. you sure, your ok carrying ???" and had a bit of a long convo about it. In the end, he chose AGAINST it,.. which, i think, FOR HIM, was the smart idea.

Your a better person then me , I got no patience and a bad Polish temper to the point I sold all my guns awhile back cause would have done something stupid. I might have ended up in jail with him. Your a good man and I’m sure he learned not to come back.

i let him go. I don't want to go to jail over some bullshit in my van that i can buy and replace in five minutes. But i can't say i wasn't pissed! OH he got the wrath when i came out but i didn't touch him. What would you have done?
