  1. Ok, i know it seems silly...you can go to Best Buy, Target, Walmart etc and get a nice boom box for under $100 bucks. This isn't made to be a "boom box". I built this thing as a portable unit that i can take with me to stereo shops, installers, shows etc and easily explain how the SMD D'Amore Engineering products like the DD-1, CC-1, IM-SG etc work. Normally, i would pull out the old ipad and show a youtube video or two. It is hard to get the full impact of what the products do if you don't see it first hand though. It is a real pain to go to a shop and say "ummmm hi, i am Steve. Do you have a Soundboard so i can show you something?" and hope they have a board that is easy to get to. Usually they aren't and they have way to much crap on them anyway. For me, this was the perfct solution. Here is the parts list: XS Power XP9750 Battery Pioneer CD Player 1 Rockford Fosgate PBR 300.1 (Bass) 1 Rockford Fosgate PBR 300x2 (mids/highs) 2 Rockford Coax Mids/highs 1 Rockford 4" "Subwoofer" (LOL i know... but it is for the demo) 1 SMD VM-1 LED Analog Volt Meter 2 SMD OM-1 LED Output Meter 1 SMD TM-1 Temperature Sensor (with programmable Fan output) 1 Fan So please, enjoy this for what it is...i know it isn't as practical as a $50 boom box. That isn't what it is for although it CAN be used for that

  2. im not sure bro - i haven't ran it dry yet. But i don't run it for hours on end. I am going to add a male cig lighter adapter to it so when it is in my car, i can charge it while i drive

  5. Don't mean to offend, but they look pretty standard. Nothing special jumps out to me. Would think for another buck could have better terminals.
