  1. Coolant is slick- could be causing the squeak. I wouldn't think you should have any problems....
  2. So doing this with my tailpipe... cut holes through the hood, run them across the roof. Painted Yellow. Gotta' be Yellow.
  3. Soooo.... stick it in the bed of a truck?!? 3' deep subwoofer. And that FS3 Stuff frightens me. I mean, subsonic stuff is fun- but at some point I think you actually need the thing to make noise and not JUST be a big piston/pump. meh- differences in subs. My antiques have a sensitivity of like 91? 92? They may not move much, but they can make a racket. ....I mean, dude COULD have at least used subs with the same freakin' baskets! Am I right???
  4. First watch the original: Now.... watch the new one- let the hillarity ensue!!!
  5. Good Video!! You definitely drew a crowd!!! I'm only 2 hours from you. I wouldn't mind getting a demo of those SKARs. Hey- you think you might take it to Scrapin' The Coast in Biloxi, MS June 22, 23, 24? Looks like it is gonna' be another great show this year.
  6. He is on SMD if I'm not mistaken. And from what I have heard, yes- the sub horn is fully functional.
  7. LoudNLow- you freakin' redneck! ...Come down to Mississippi- we have dentists that can straighten those teeth right out... PSH!!! HAHA! What am I saying?!!? We don't have dentist OR teeth down here! Funny stuff! hahaha.
  8. No way- not ever, nuh uh, NEVER. OP- you SUCK for posting that. I can make myself light headed and sick just THINKING about that video again...
  9. This. Unless it is LOSSLESS- then it doesn't really matter. And x2,356 on skipping. I put in a CD the other day and was like WTH?!?! I couldn't even begin to turn it up before skip skip skip. I'm looking at your build log and all i can say is, hmm i wonder why cd's skip in your ride? lol haha! It is amazing what someone can get used to. Not at all- it is a good question. No doubt though, CD is better than MP3. But like has been said, if you convert from mp3 to regular CD, then you still have the lowered quality. The only way is to have an original CD or CD burned from Lossless format.
  10. That's how I did it on one of my ancient Vegas. An accidental 20 hz sine bomb at full tilt. I used CA glue with no problems.... but, we are talking one spider- and old and pretty thin at that.

  12. IMO- when Herman Cain was pushed out of the race by the media and other forces, the election was lost. Doesn't matter if it Obama or Romney now. Romney is Obama Light.
  13. All over my FaceBook and Sirius Radio yesterday. Sucks BAD. They were a group since '79! And could not be classified as rap, rock, punk- they were just The Beastie Boys. And staying power so strong that parents and kids could both relate to them... parents growing up with them and now their kids. Truly Amazing. Rest in Peace MCA.
  14. Good Lord!!! How your hatch (and the tahoe alltogether) has made it thus far is beyond me... hahaha!!! Phone book killer, fan stopper and slapper-
  15. women kept pushing for more emotional guys. this was the result. proof that women have bad ideas lol. bwaaahahaha! Spot on, spot on.
  16. ^ agreed. No matter how good any additive is- there is no such thing as a mechanic in a bottle.
  17. I've used Seafom on my van before- seemed to help a bit before my head gasket gave out the rest of the way... but- I think it does work. The upper motor (valves, pistons, etc...) was very clean upon break-down, even with 240k plus miles. I've always been a fan of Lucas's fuel treatment. I use that on the regular. Vid of Seafoam on the van (not that impressive at all):
  18. Good components. And soft dome tweeters are your friends. DD-1 or O-Scope to make sure you have no distortion from your amplification.
  19. ^ THIS. Sick stuff Rusty. And like you said- all made in the USA.
  20. MrSkippyJ FTW. On your testing wire for + & - ....most multimeters have a continuity tester (buzzer) - that or you can just set it on impedance and it should give you 0 (or wicked close to it). You have to test each end of the wire together.
  21. Between my good grade scholarships and my 3 jobs I kept... I didn't have any loans. Call me old fashoned, but if you get a loan, you should pay it back in full at the terms you agreed to. If you don't want to do the loan thing, then get a job.
