Mechanically they do have a lot of the same parts, especially if both have the 4.0 I personally always liked the Cherokee's, especially the Sport package that has no chrome. I have a thing for boxy, wagon type vehicles. Was never a fan of the Grand Cherokee though, every one I drove always felt sloppy on the road.

i was thinking about this today. setting them with the engine running will have a slightly different result vs with the engine off due to the voltage difference. in my mind it seems like setting with the engine off would be better due to the decreased risk of clipping since the voltage the gain was set at will be closer to that seen when voltage drops down. what you guys think?

He meant hot swapping RCAs. When you say kenwood screen are you referring to a HU? -

I know how you're feeling, I don't show emotion either. I know that no matter what people say trying to make you feel better with comparisons, analogies or inspirational sayings the only thing that will make a difference is time. Keep yourself busy and in time the pain of your loss won't be so overwhelming. You're never going to forget him but time will ease the way you're feeling. -

That is a statement that has 2 answers. Yes you can and no you can't so.... x2 In both my van and my truck I experimented using synthetic and conventional, I noticed no difference with either. My mileage was the same, idled the same, and acceleration was the same. Honestly the thing that made an actual difference was using the "high mileage" oil, the truck actually leaks less. IMO using synthetic in a typical N/A gas engine doesn't make any difference with engine life, it's keeping up with the oil changes thats the biggest factor.

Thanks for the response. For an amp that is 1,2 and 4 ohm stable, will it also be stable at 2.6 ohms? I definitely will be running a crossover with it. I have an extra set of crossovers from my o2's that i will probably use for now. But just in case, what would you recommend that I use? The amp will be fine. If those crossovers were made for 4ohm tweeters then the crossover points are going to be different with the 8ohm tweeter connected. I'd just use a capacitor inline on the tweeter.

Yes, as long as its at least as thick as the box material. With enough bracing and a thick enough piece you should be ok. But for that I'd use lexan

You're going to need to weld on new perches in the rear, also may need to shorten the front and maybe rear driveshaft. Check the front end for possible steering interference. I wouldn't crank the torsion bars that much. Look for new keys that will reposition it far enough for you. Might also need to re gear the diffs depending on if you go to a smaller tire and how much smaller.
