    I vote line too, once you heard a tline, you will never want to go back to ported or sealed. only - is that the box is big.

    yea, i know, but it's going to be a close call, if only 1 15 inch.vs 4 12inch subs(~=2 18 inch subs.) I think, nobody knows if it will be louder or less loud. P.S. i think this topic will be closed because it's a which is louder topic.(may not open that kind of topic's, it's in the rules.)

    Not 48 inches, the cone area is almost 2 18 inch subs. If you did 2 15 inch subs, with 2k RMS each, they would be louder for sure.(in a proper ported enclosure.)

    Almost true, but a lot of other things come into play if a sub likes to go low or high.

    you should better do a 4 inch port, instead of a 1 inch port, less port noise, and it would be louder too. Recalculate the lenght because it will need to be longer.

    90cfm at 19db, ain't gonna happen, only if they measure from 1 meter distance with no pressure on the fan, if it really moves 90cfm, you will hear a lot of air flowing thru the fan. Around 70cfm is good enough.
