    Just got done shoveling mound and mounds of snow. Two foot drifts all around cars in driveway. Now for some Hot Chocolate.

    Nice setup Steve. I have a question for you though. I have not gamed in a few years and when I get my PC updated what are your recommendation for BF4? do you use game controllers or just keyboard? Last time I gamed was Quake 3 arena and I played the hell out of it and even built some custom maps that are on file planet and quake planet. I just realized that Quake 3 released in like 1999 holy crap has it been that long.

    Leg day today went well. Although I don't much care for leg day in the gym you have to do it to build a solid core. moderately heavy on squats with warm up at 135x10 then working sets at 225 x 10 / 315 x 10 / 365 x 2 / 225 x 10 / 225 x 10. Then hit all the secondary groups leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses, calf raises, Hip Abduction/Adduction , glute press all 4 sets to failure which is usually 12-15 reps.

    Tornados just ripped through my area. My house is ok but extensive damage all over. Unheard of Tornados in mid November.

    now that took some time to build. Damn talk about making use of engine compartment. I dont think I would have the heart to tear apart a nice Lexus to do that though.

    Had a dream that my smart phone had a breath freshener app that works. Just press freshen Breath and put phone to mouth and it makes a spray noise and you have mint fresh breath.
