    Dude, some of these workouts are only 15 minutes, but you will be sweating for an hour after you workout. I don't work, so its kinda easy for me. And I eat about $200 a week in groceries by myself. Healthy food ain't cheap.

    Substitutes are sometimes hard, just look at this as back and chest. Pushups and pullups if thats all you have. All I know is 2000 meters on a rower is a LOOOONG way.

    MONDAY 120521 For time: Row 500 meters Body weight Bench press, 30 reps Row 1000 meters Body weight Bench press, 20 reps Row 2000 meters Body weight Bench press, 10 reps I'm going to substitute pushups for the body weight bench press, but add 10 more reps to each set, because: 1 I'm 280lbs and 2 the benches are nowhere near the rower in my gym.

    If you keep the power low on a sub like a Mayhem, lvl5, or dd95, they will never loosen up. Gotta play them, with a clean signal.

    Subs are out, started sanding down some rough edges in the wall. Two things I hate, the fucking heat and sanding.

    Can somebody explain to me why the highway patrol is stopping people for window tint. There are fuckers cutting across all lanes of traffic, cutting off big rigs, and speeding over 100, and he stops me for tint. Something is wrong here.

    Just realized I am just about at the max load limit for my car. Max is 780, i'm 280, the system is around 400. I get a passenger and i'm over LOL. Poor car.
