Maby not this much, there is a member in the forum he have 2 DC lvl 5´s on a little under 1000 watt´s each and pulling over 150´s out of them. Ask our boxguru´s how big your box must be to sound good and loud, in underpowering a sub need a bigger box, to work well.

If you will underpowering the sub´s you have to build a bigger box.
