mcagent is from Mcaffee if i am correct (idk 100% but i think) did the laptop come with mcaffee trial originally? if so webroot and mcaffee are fighting each other and fucking your computer over. The only way i know of to fix that is to restore the comp with a fresh O/S. But lets see if any other ppl have ideas. Basically two virus, malware, or w/e protection on your comp basically turns into like AIDs for your comp and kills your own "cells"

In Indiana you have to be 18 for shotguns and rifles, 21 for handguns of through a dealer. Private party you can buy handguns legally as long as you have your carry permit, which you can get at 18. And you can carry with your permit at 18. So the only way to legally posess a handgun under 21 is private party with ccw or if your parents or grandparents gift it to you. But ammo you have to be 21 to buy it.

Another thing with today technology that may help you out is learning some cadcam, cnc type stuff since a lot of one off parts are coming from a cnc nowadays
