    For JL you would have to send it in to JL, if i were you i would just have dave recone the speaker, he will make it stronger for you.

    yea i believe that was the older model btl's used in 06, new models came in play in 08. Not 100% sure though.

    I don't know for sure, because we don't know what kind of woofer it is. If you take the woofer out, look for manufacture model number so we could look it up.

    Might just have to build a small ported enclosures tuned to like 42hz it will give it more low end, that the most likely 50+hz tuning.

    I didnt get hurt one bit, i only paid 50 bucks for it, still works fine after 2 years, will get me buy till i build me a gaming computer. I was able to play crysis on all settings on high with a 1768x992 with a average of 28-36 fps. Just wanted to test it, never really play to many games.Forgot to add, AA was on x4

    If you like me, just wanted to get a decent graphics card, without buying a new power supply. I went with the Nvidia Gt 220. Only needs a minimum of 300w.

    You might need 2 300amp alts and a big battery bank such as 7-12 batteries. Remember people on this site like to go overkill on there electrical system.

    There is really no need to break in a woofer, you can jam it right out of the box. So you will get mixed responses from others.

    Could be the battery, or his voltage regulator keeping him from charging that. Idk i will let the experts do there judgment here

    The audioque would be best bet in the 350 range for aluminum coils. The xl is a little bit more than that have to ask rusty or rob to get the 100% answer.

    You will need more cone area will help it pull off easier. Many things can adjust your peak like having seats folded down, glove box open, visors down or up. Just depends on the car. If you had time with a tl for awhile you could maybe low your peak by adjusting those little things.

    I say dont listen to derrick about cd's, it took him like 10 minutes to find a song lmao. Glad hes using a ipod now But yea i say get a new headunit, dont go cheap on them its the key source to the system. Maybe the headunit is starting to fry from low voltage, i think you should back off the .66 ohms from that sundown amp till you get the power to back it up and keep it living.
