      i did that to install a double din on my ss. now i have to take it apart to get the RCA on. gets me tired just thinking about it and feel like keeping it how it is with no bass

    I'll be finishing my interior swap tomorrow, given that I have the time to do so.... I'll post pics of before and after, it's a BIG improvement.

    one thing that sucks about the Z is that the trunk opening is smallllll its best to cut the support brackets around the trunk/cabin to slide it in

    Thanks man! I used a shit load of masking tape around any areas foam ever would of gone so its not that big of a deal I could've fixed it but the actual surround was deteriorating, so if I wanted it fixed I would've needed to do a recone. BTW, I remember you! I came across you when I was researching escort builds. My cousin has the same one as you and we're starting his build soon. I've read all your build logs and may have to use some of your ideas, Excellent work! Thanks, lol. does he have an escort or a zx2? the zx2 is pretty easy to get loud

    cool video, one thing I'm still unsure of is what type of airborne noises would the closed-cell foam take car of? If not rattles, then what?

    you probably could have bought some shoe goo and put that back together. that's what I did when my dust cap popped off looks good so far. Good call sealing everything off, I'm too afraid to use Great stuff to seal off my trunk. I think I'll stick to gorilla tape
