if your battery is dying within a day you got issues lol big issues..and its always good to keep your batts topped off especially with a stock alt and stock batt..its good for the health of the batteries... alts arent perfect at charging batts...theres a thread (its stickied at the top of this section) that explains it in more detail

itll be ok... best advice is to keep a good charge on the kinetic at all times.. its not ideal but it will work

mine does the same thing.. and mines a kenwood headunit as well.. its the headunit thing cause mine didnt start till i installed the headunit.. nothing you can do really from what i was told edit: but mines not a minute or 2....maybe 15-20 seconds somewhere around there

they can do rated...i have one... just not a fan of it.. gets hot as hell... just not a fan of it honestly all around..it does put out power but like alpine said..its cheap/dirty power

it all depends on the application.... if you have enough space go with the 12's..if not the 8's...that or go with 2 12's and save yourself some cash..lotta options..whats the power and vehicle?

yeah the angles arent ALL that tough.. and i feel ya on the lack of time lol im really curious what these 8's can do in your truck..this is that same box i was contemplating when i was looking for more leg room... it should work good for ya

quick and easy to figure out the angle is cut your side pieces for the box... then use a small piece of mdf to help figure out your angle for the front baffle..or a scrap piece of wood just play with it till it works it m...i put mine together in this order when i had this style box... bottom, sides, back, front baffle, then the top... and you really have enough airspace for a pair of these subs and trying to knock out a side wall like that could end up tearing up the box lol mdf doesnt like to come apart without a fight sometimes

that length will allow his port to load better off the side wall.... its more important in this truck than lowering the tuning 1 hz.. the truck itself likes to play low i can play into the upper 20's and im tuned at 37 in mine

gonna be bout the most box you can get back there man..without losing some leg room.. id built it and try it out see if you like it.. dont pretty it up just see if it sounds good to ya...could prolly build 2 boxes outta 1 sheet

we measured it with a little temperature thingy we have and it was over 165 degrees....im not even exaggerating lol and that was the day before dont know how hot it got on sunday... we decided to measure it cause i was checking out the van and he had some dust on the amp and i went to wipe it off (OCD kicked in) and it burnt my hand lol

bass race is basically "racing" to a certain number..theres the 29.9,39.9,49.9. and 59.9 class it basically averages for the 30 seconds and you have to get as close as you can to those numbers without going over..make sense?
