Kicker CVT Single 1 ohm 6.5" Sub Crossfire Speakers -
This a friends weekend 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0 (His daily is a Jeep Commander 2 12" build coming soon). He said all of the speakers were blown and so was the sub but he didn't want to add an enclosure or anything since technically its not a secure vehicle. He also didn't want to dump a whole lot of cash in audio that could potentially be stolen. My idea was to just do a cheap amp on the 4 speakers and use the stock amp on the new sub since we would be utilizing the stock enclosure. The stock amp does 75w rms @ 1 ohm and the enclosure is pretty tight so I needed to purchase a small 6.5" sub that was also shallow. The idea behind this build was I want it to sound good enough for me to drive it on the weekends and cheap enough so if the equipment is stolen it won't hurt. My idea was simple work within his budget and get something nice and simple installed so that he is satisfied with the outcome. The result was. Pioneer DEH 1200MP Crossfire C5 462 4x6" Coaxials (Front Dash) Crossfire C5 522 5.25" Coaxials (Rear Overhead Bar) Jensen Power 760.4 (Mids/Highs) 60w x 4 @ 4 ohms Kicker CVT Single 1 ohm 6.5" Shallow Sub Stock Sub amp and enclosure I am finishing up the install now but I figured I would get a few pics up now. When I finish I am buying another car and doing a completely different build with a totally different brand. I can't rip another system out of this car, it is barely holding itself together as it is. My new car ( ) will be rocking a very clean AA build.

Yeah I want to become a vid whore too it's crazy that when I had the cleanest best looking system in the Civic (The FLI gear) I never had the chance to record a vid before it was ripped out. I never got vids of the Sa-8 doing work either. I am def getting a shit ton of vids this time around.

I actually ran an entire FLI Integrator system for a few weeks (check my Civic build log) and upon first listening the bass in the mids are bit punchy but after careful fine tuning and what not the sound was actually pretty good compared to what I paid for the equipment. Plus the build quality isn't cheap or flimsy. As far as Vibe goes I feel the same way very solid equipment and produces a great sound at an affordable price. I had a few things from the FLI underground line but I didn't care for it too much as it felt light and very easy to destroy where as the integrator series looked like it could take a beating.
