    Argue about your setups elsewhere. To the o.p. don't put 2 different subs on the same amp unless its a badass 4ch and then you need seperate xover points and enclosures to do it properly as stated before.

    To me it also looks like an accordian boot/seal maybe stapled to the top of the enclosure then they slid the headliner in it and pinched it shut. That's what I would do if that's what I was given to work with...
