I can't say I agree. There are a few threads floating around here where people have swapped out to lesser amps and gained. I THINK this is due to their peak is lower than most spl oriented builds and the stetsom's don't have a good output with lower frequency's . Nothing against stetsom because they do make good amps but their fidelity is of a lesser caliber. Do remember though that every amp has its own applications. More like a tone generator.
